A 21-year-old man is under arrest following a rape investigation in West Lafayette. According to a release from the West Lafayette Police Department, shortly before midnight on Friday, Feb. 21, officers were called to the 100 block of South River Road, near State Street, on a report of a sexual assault. When officers arrived, they spoke with a woman who told police that a man had allegedly sexually assaulted her.
