In what is being called the "Great Horned Owl Rescue," Brownsburg firefighters are being praised after rescuing an owl Saturday morning. According to a social media post from the Brownsburg Fire Territory, around 8 a.m. Feb. 22, firefighters at Brownsburg Fire Territory Station 131, near East Main and South Green streets, were approached by a driver who said that he hit and owl on Interstate 74 and needed help getting the owl free.
