"Dateline" spoke with people at the center of this case including the family of Libby German, the prosecutor, the defense team, the chief investigator, the Carroll County sheriff — who was an investigator at the time of the murders, the former head of Indiana State Police as well as 13News reporter Emily Longnecker.
