Description
The Indiana House passed its budget, sending House Bill 1001 over to the Senate. Senators Ryan Mishler (R-District 9) and Chris Garten (R-District 45) have sponsored it already. The governor's budget called for all state agencies to cut spending by 5%. The budget proposal from House Republicans does that, too, except to the Department of Child Services and the Department of Correction.
