A Marion County judge has issued an order, temporary blocking the release of abortion records in the state for at least ten days. According to Indiana's near-total abortion ban, any abortions that are performed need to have records released. Concerns over the privacy of the small number of people who have gotten abortion had lead the Indiana Department of Health (IDoH) to halt releasing individual records for each abortion.
