A homicide investigation is underway on the south side of Indianapolis Wednesday afternoon. IMPD officers responded to a report of a death investigation around 12:15 p.m. Feb. 19 in the 7600 block of Shelby Street, near U.S. 31. Police told 13News a passerby found a body in a car with the door open behind the Greenwood Place Shopping Center.
