Description

Four men were shot Tuesday afternoon on the northeast side of Indianapolis, leaving one of the victims dead. The shooting was reported around 12:15 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 3500 block of Wallace Avenue, near East 38th Street and Emerson Avenue. Family members of one of the victims said they're thankful their loved one is alive and recovering, but they said things in that house will never be the same.
