IMPD is investigating at least three people were shot on Indianapolis' northeast side Tuesday afternoon. The shooting was reported around 12:15 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 3500 block of Wallace Avenue, near East 38th Street and Emerson Avenue. A department spokesperson said responding officers located "at least three" gunshot victims. No victim conditions or additional information was immediately shared by police.
