One of romantic comedy's favorite fictional characters is back for a fourth adventure. In "Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy," the titular television producer (Oscar winner Renée Zellweger) is coping with the tragic death of her husband, Mark Darcy (Oscar winner Colin Firth), four years prior, as she raises her young kids and attempts to start dating again. Although this is director Michael Morris' ("To Leslie," "Better Call Saul") first time joining the Bridget Jones universe, killing off the popular character was not his idea — it was written in the books by author Helen Fielding.
