Description
The senior student at Mooresville High School charged with planning a mass shooting at the school for Valentine’s Day will stay in jail without bond until at least Tuesday.
Trinity Shockley was not in the courtroom for the initial hearing Friday, Feb. 14. Shockley appeared by video conference from the Morgan County Jail.
A bond review hearing is scheduled for Feb. 18. Shockley asked the judge, "What if no one can pay my bond? How long will I be in jail?”
The judge explained that if Shockley was given a bond, Shockley will remain in jail until someone pays it or until the case is decided.
