One month after 13 Investigates reported on a troubling pattern of problems inside addiction treatment centers operated by Landmark Recovery, another patient has died inside a Landmark facility.
The latest death occurred Sunday night at Landmark's Praxis treatment center in Louisville.
According to police and 13News sources, a patient in Room 19 was strangled by another patient, who is now charged with her murder.
