Description
A "not-so-sweet getaway."
That's how IMPD described the arrest of a woman who allegedly stole a Krispy Kreme truck Tuesday morning, sending donuts flying all over the street.
The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. Feb. 11 at a gas station in the 2000 block of South Shelby Street, near East Raymond Street on Indianapolis' near south side.
The truck was taken while the driver was making a delivery, IMPD said, and as the suspect sped off, the truck's rear doors swung open, "sending racks of donuts flying all over the street."
