A 20-year-old man and four minors were arrested Friday after two armed carjackings that happened minutes apart in Indianapolis. IMPD officers responded to the 1700 block of Tanglewood Square, near West 79th Street and Ditch Road, on a report of an armed carjacking Feb. 7 just after 10 p.m. The victim told police that he was sitting in his vehicle in a parking lot when four people wearing all black, ski masks and holding guns came up to him and stole his vehicle "by force."
