Description
Warrants have been issued for the arrest of two people for their alleged roles in a deadly hit-and-run crash on the west side of Indianapolis in July 2024.
Prosecutors charged 36-year-old Tonisha Glover, of Indianapolis, with two counts of failure to remain at the scene of an accident resulting in death.
Prosecutors also charged 36-year-old Donald McNary, of Indianapolis, with assisting a criminal, obstruction of justice and false informing.
Around 1:15 a.m. July 28, 2024, IMPD officers responded to a hit-and-run crash involving a car and a motorcycle in the 3500 block of Lafayette Road, near West 34th Street.
Police said the two people on the motorcycle were taken to local hospitals, where both died from their injuries. The coroner's office identified the victims as 22-year-old Welsy Johana Santos Jimenez and 29-year-old Jorge Cabrera.
