Description
An Indianapolis man was convicted of murder in the fatal shooting of a woman on the city's far east side in 2023.
Rodregus Morgan was found guilty of murder after a two-day jury trial in the death of Tracy Harmon.
The shooting happened Oct. 23, 2023, in the 3000 block of Osceola Lane, near East 30th Street between Mitthoefer and German Church roads. Responding officers located Morgan and Harmon inside a car. Harmon was found in the passenger seat with a gunshot wound and Morgan was passed out in the driver's seat.
