IMPD shut down an illegal party on the city's east side Saturday night, citing "several safety concerns" and underage drinking. The IMPD Nuisance Abatement Unit (NAU) learned of a “Valentine’s Euphoria Party” that was being held Saturday, Feb. 1 at the Encanto Banquet Hall in the 10000 block of East Washington Street, near 10th Street and North Mitthoefer Road.
