Indiana lawmakers want to cut property taxes for Hoosiers. During his 2024 campaign, Gov. Mike Braun said he wanted to roll property taxes back to where they were in 2021.
Lawmakers have backed off of that promise, but they are aiming to dramatically lower the tax bills on most homesteads in Indiana.
