Description
A rise in respiratory illnesses is forcing at least two Indiana schools to pivot to e-learning this week.
The decision at Horizon Christian School in Indianapolis and Northeastern Wayne Schools is in response to a high number of students and staff forced to stay home sick.
The illnesses currently impacting schools varies from flu, pneumonia and norovirus. 13News spoke with a doctor who explained the importance of taking precautions this time of year.
