Description
A month after 13News first reported on delivery delays with the United States Postal Service, customers say it’s still happening.
Over the last several weeks, 13News has received dozens of calls and emails about packages being stuck at the USPS Regional Processing Center on Indianapolis’ east side.
One customer said he watched his package bounce around from different USPS facilities for weeks. It first arrived in Indianapolis on Jan. 8 before being shipped to Fort Wayne and then back to Indy again on Jan. 19, where it has sat since.
Someone else said their package has been sitting at the facility for nine days and counting.
13News first reported on this problem in December. At the time, many thought it was due to the holiday shipping rush.
