Description
The Delaware County prosecutor is not filing charges against a Henry County sheriff's deputy involved in a police chase that ended in a deadly crash.
According to Muncie Police Deputy Chief Melissa Criswell, Henry County officials notified Delaware County dispatchers around 6 a.m. April 18, 2024, of a Henry County deputy pursuing a vehicle entering Delaware County and into the city limits of Muncie.
