Description
An Anderson police officer, who is facing child solicitation and official misconduct charges, has decided to retire.
According to our newsgathering partners at The Herald Bulletin, Joshua Senseney, 50, informed the Anderson Board of Public Safety through his attorney on Monday, Jan. 27 that he was retiring.
Following Senseney's arrest in November 2024, Anderson Police Chief Mike Lee requested the Board of Public Safety to terminate his employment. However, at the time, Senseney requested a hearing on his termination, something he is entitled to under Indiana law.
A disposal hearing has been set for April 25.
