IMPD is conducting a death investigation at the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on the east side of Indianapolis. Officers were called to the intersection of East 38th Street and North German Church Road around 4:45 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24 on a report of a disturbance between vehicles.
