Description
An 18-year-old from Muncie is in critical condition after an early Friday morning shooting.
Police said an officer observed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed with no headlights near University Avenue and Reserve Street around 3 a.m. Jan. 24.
The officer stopped the car and was told an 18-year-old male in the car had been shot.
