Advocates are coming together to find solutions for youth violence just weeks after a 14-year-old girl was found dead in the snow at an apartment complex on the south side of Indianapolis.
Deandra Clay-Staples was shot and later found dead around 11 a.m. Jan. 11 at the Laurelwood Apartments in the 1400 block of Salisbury Lane, near Shelby Street and East Sumner Avenue.
