Description
A 36-year-old man was arrested after allegedly shooting a pregnant woman and killing her unborn child on Indy's near south side.
IMPD officers responded to a home on the 700 block of East Pleasant Run Pkwy. North Dr. on a report of a person shot around 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19.
Police said they found a pregnant woman shot multiple times inside the home. She was later taken to a local hospital, where she is expected to survive. However, the unborn baby was pronounced dead.
