Description
Late Monday night, attorneys for the man convicted of murdering two teenagers in Delphi, Indiana in 2017, detailed four alleged errors they say are important enough for the judge to overturn the jury verdict.
Richard Allen’s defense team filed a Motion to Correct Errors asking the judge to set aside his convictions or to set a hearing to discuss the issues they bring up.
13 Investigates obtained a copy of the filing that incudes newly-public information about what happened to Allen in the days right after his arrest and a possible confession reportedly made by another person in the months right after the murders.
