IMPD is investigating after a man was found shot and killed in an apartment Monday morning on Indy's near west side. Just after 3:30 a.m. Jan. 20, officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 200 block of North Warman Avenue, near West Washington Street. When police arrived on scene, they found a man who had been shot and was later pronounced dead on scene. IMPD said there was some type of disturbance leading up to the shooting, and a "person of interest" has been detained.
