System issues at Capital One have left customers unable to access some of their funds since Wednesday, with the company saying most service should be restored sometime Friday. The problem began on Jan. 15, when Capital One said in a statement an error with one of the bank's service providers caused issues with direct deposits, payments and transfers. For some customers, that meant they weren't receiving their paychecks on time. For others, it meant they couldn't make certain electronic payments on bills.
