Description
A Cicero police officer is facing three separate charges after he crashed in a police vehicle while driving under the influence on Christmas Day.
On Dec. 25, 2024, a deputy with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office responded to the accident in the 9900 block of 206th Street, near Cumberland Road, in Noblesville.
When the deputy arrived on scene, he was met with Lora Hodson, who had told him she was operating the Cicero Police Department vehicle when it crashed. Lora also stated she was driving her husband, 38-year-old Edwin Hodson, in his car because he had been drinking and that he had left the scene of the crash.
