Description

IMPD is investigating after an attempted carjacking suspect was shot in the parking lot of the Trader's Point shopping center on Indianapolis' northwest side early Wednesday. The incident was reported around 5:45 a.m. Jan. 15 in the 5700 block of West 86th Street, near Zionsville Road. Responding officers located a man in the parking lot who was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Police said Wednesday evening the man died from his injuries at the hospital.
