13News is working to learn what caused a truck to crash into a home Wednesday night on the south side of Indianapolis.
The crash happened just before 9 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 7400 block of Forest Park Drive, southeast of the intersection of West Southport and Bluff roads.
There was no immediate word on if anyone was injured.
