U.S. Marshals have offered a reward for any information that leads to the capture of a former Indiana councilman accused of child sex crimes. Steven Sumner, 56, has been on the run from police since 2023 when he failed to appear for his Aug. 8 court hearing. A $25,000 reward is now being offered for anyone with information leading to Sumner's arrest.
