Indianapolis leaders are getting ready to tackle the upcoming winter storm set to arrive Sunday morning. DPW crews are working in 12-hour shifts in order to treat the roads. Once the snow starts, they say their plan is to plow the overpasses and bridges first and then the main roads. "DPW will make a call on addressing side streets and residential roads once road conditions on thoroughfares have been addressed," said Natalie van Dongen, deputy director for planning for Indy DPW.
