Police are on the scene of a triple shooting on the southeast side of Indianapolis. Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 3200 block of Capsella Lane, near South Arlington Avenue and Troy Avenue, shortly before 9 p.m. Thursday. Three men who had apparently been shot were found at the scene, police said.
