Description
A woman is seen dumping two kittens in a stranger's yard in Indianapolis Saturday, then getting in the passenger seat of a car and leaving the scene.
The incident was captured on a homeowner's surveillance camera and shows the kittens running after their owner.
The unidentified woman can be heard saying, "Woo hoo, you're free," after dumping the kittens.
