Description
IMPD confirmed the father of a 7-year-old boy and a woman have been arrested in connection to the child's death on the near southwest side of Indianapolis.
Officers responded to a report of a death investigation around 3:40 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22 in the 1300 block of South Pershing Avenue, near West Morris Street and South Belmont Avenue.
