A man and woman have been arrested after a baby was found in a car seat in the median of a busy street in Adams County Christmas morning. The Adams County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) said someone called 911 around 9:20 a.m. after finding the approximately 1-month-old baby boy along Pecos Street just north of the junction with Highway 36. The child was only wearing a diaper, the sheriff's office said. The infant was taken to Children's Hospital as a precaution, ACSO said.
