Description
Some Bartholomew County residents are pushing back against a new apartment complex set to be built in Columbus.
Those residents are worried the complex, set for construction near Washington and 11th streets, doesn't fit the location it's going. The director of redevelopment for the city says the project is meant to fill a need for housing.
