The Noblesville Common Council recently approved a $250-million development project. Morse Village will cover 175 acres of land featuring plenty of commercial space and local restaurants at 206th Street and Hague Road. The major development from the LOR Corporation is expected to start construction toward the beginning of 2025, and is expected to be phased out over seven to ten years.
