Description
Police have arrested a juvenile male for murder in the stabbing death of a girl on the near east side of Indianapolis Monday morning.
The incident was reported around 9:15 a.m. Dec. 16 in the 400 block of North Randolph Street, near East Michigan Street. That's just a few blocks southeast of Arsenal Tech High School.
