Families got the chance to connect with resources in the city Wednesday through the Indy Public Safety Foundation.
The agency hosted "Fathers Fun Fest" Dec. 11 in conjunction with the new Frederick Douglass Family Center.
Organizers said data shows men are more impacted by gun violence than women and said Wednesday's event is about empowering dads and offering support.
