Indiana State Police is investigating after officers were led on a chase that ended with a crash on the east side of Indianapolis early Wednesday morning. ISP said a vehicle fled from one of its officers in a stolen car around 2:45 a.m. Dec. 11 and before troopers could catch up, the car crashed into another vehicle on East 21st Street, near Shadeland Avenue. Two suspects tried to flee on foot from the crash scene, but they were arrested shortly after. Both of them were taken to local hospitals, along with the driver of the vehicle that was hit in the incident.
