IMPD is investigating a fatal crash that occurred early Sunday morning in downtown Indianapolis. Police said a male pedestrian was struck and killed by a car near the intersection of West 10th and North Illinois streets shortly before 4:00 a.m. Dec. 8. A sedan at the scene had front bumper damage and debris, including clothing, was scattered around the intersection.
