A warrant has been issued for the arrest of an Indianapolis man accused of being involved in a shooting that injured two people. IMPD officers were dispatched to the 10000 block of East 42nd Street, near North Mitthoefer Road, to investigate a report of a person shot around 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9. When officers arrived on scene, they said the found a victim east on 42nd Street and another victim at an IFD fire station on the 4100 block of North Mitthoefer Road.
