Deputies in Johnson County are investigating incidents in which baseballs were thrown onto Interstate 65. The most recent incident was reported shortly before 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, when the Johnson County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of people throwing rocks from the I-65 overpass at County Roads 250 South and 600 East. Dispatchers received multiple 911 calls reporting the incident, including from a semi driver who reported damage to the vehicle, Sheriff Duane Burgess said in a statement.
