Description
An Indianapolis woman was convicted Wednesday for the 2023 shooting death of a man on the city's east side.
Monique Cooley was convicted for the murder of Michael Hess.
According to the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, Cooley was found guilty after a two-day jury trial.
On June 7, 2023 around 3 p.m., Hess and multiple neighbors, including children, were outside of a home in the 2400 block of North Kenyon Street, northeast of North Arlington Avenue and East 21st Street.
