AT&T is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information on copper thefts in central Indiana. The reward is being offered for "specific and detailed" information that results in a conviction on "recent incidents of thefts and vandalism of critical telecommunications infrastructure in Brown, Marion and Shelby" counties.
