Description
Those traveling to Indy for their Tuesday morning commute may notice some lengthy delays on the northeast side.
INDOT confirmed around 5:30 a.m. Nov. 19 that a crash involving a semi into the barrier wall closed all eastbound lanes of Interstate 465 near the Interstate 69 interchange and the westbound express lane.
INDOT later confirmed that Indianapolis Fire Department crews reported a large diesel spill on the scene.
Indiana State Police says all traffic in the area is being diverted onto I-69 northbound, and drivers should "expect long delays."
