Description

Police are investigating a shooting on Indianapolis' east side that left a man dead early Wednesday morning. It happened around 12:45 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 7400 block of Hiner Lane, which is just southeast of North Shadeland Avenue and East 16th Street. An IMPD spokesperson said officers investigating a report of a shooting found 32-year-old Devon Anthony Highbaugh shot when they arrive on scene. He was pronounced dead at the scene. IMPD believes the shooting was targeted and do not have a person of interest or any suspects at this time.
