Description
A home surveillance camera captured video of two people stealing Monique Taylor's car on the east side of Indianapolis early Tuesday morning.
The video also shows one of the people pointing a gun directly at Taylor's home.
Two people can be seen on Ring doorbell video checking the handles of Taylor's Kia near 21st Street and Arlington Avenue around 4:30 a.m. Nov. 12. When they realize it's locked, one of them works on taking out the passenger side window.
The other person makes their way to the front door, gun in hand. As the pair walks back down the driveway, the armed person turns around, puts both hands on the gun and points it at the home.
"It's a guy standing on my front porch, pointing a gun at my house. Like, for instance, if I come out or open the door or say anything, they were going to start shooting at my house," Taylor said.
After a few minutes, one of the individuals is able to get the car started and drive off.
